Mark Rengers Gallery is a leading provider for fine art in the charming artistic village of Sewickley, located just minutes from Pittsburgh. Formerly known as Sewickley Gallery & Frame Shop, we have been providing custom framing services and showcasing local artists since 1999, when Mark Rengers took over. Inspiring creativity and preserving memories for years to come is the foundation of our business.

Our skilled designers provide every client with creative, personal, and valuable solutions for their art, framing, and decorating needs. We build our exhibitions and services around accessibility and inclusion, where creatives of all kinds can come to appreciate the arts. Whether you are looking for an engaging, inspiring experience at the gallery or to bring creativity to your home or workplace, our team of specialists and variety of exhibitions are built with both collectors and the community in mind.

Mark Rengers

Mark began his creative journey working within the industrial arts and architectural fields by teaching architectural drafting and design and cabinet making. After a successful career, he decided to follow his passion of fine arts and purchased The Sewickley Frame Shop in 1999, renaming the business to the Sewickley Gallery and Frame Shop. Mark is a designer, craftsman, and proud art advocate, with a lifetime of studying and appreciating the world of art from a humble Pittsburgh perspective. Now, in 2022, Mark is embracing his love of art and reopening his shop as Mark Rengers Gallery.

Melanie Vera

Melanie joined the team in August of 2022 to oversee and expand the gallery. She has always had a passion for the arts, attending classes in small, home-town studios as a child and eventually exhibiting works in a number of national exhibitions. Melanie holds a BFA in Fine Arts and an MA in Museum Studies from Johns Hopkins.

Karen Feola

Karen is our rock! Karen came to us in 2001 with twenty years of experience in the framing industry and an Associate's Degree in Commercial Art. Not only does she have great knowledge of design and color theory, her ability to make framing selections for every scenario has led her to be an established master framer. Karen spends her free time crafting cosplay accessories and caring for her many pets.

Little Miss Penny is the pride and joy of the gallery. She loves back pets and tummy rubs 50% of the time. If she isn't bathing in the front room's sunlight, she's hiding in the back taking a well deserved nap.
